new M-Max Platforms Roadmap
M-Max Platforms Roadmap M-Max Family Of Rugged Platforms The platform is not a standard model of a computer, a system can be ordered based on a certain platform with a certain amount of I/O ports that does not exceed the highest number available. M-Max Family Of Computers Built To Work Under Extreme Conditions: Low and high temperature range (From −40 to +75 °C) Protected from dirt, dust and moisture (up to IP66) Vibration and Shock (6g/ 40g) Major Features: Exceptional reliability due to absence of moving parts (Up to15years of service) Very high availability— frequency of required system maintenance is over 7 years Passive cooling system, no outside air intake Custom built systems Two levels of shock and vibration isolation M-Max Systems are built with our patented technology to dissipate excessive heat from computer boards and other electronic devices working in high vibration environments. This patented design enables the removal of heat from electronic components housed on a circuit board vibroinsulated from an enclosure. What is The M-Max Platform? PLATFORM is a base model with a set of basic features. Basic Features: Performance of CPU and GRU cores Type and available range of RAM (min / max) Type and size ofavailable storage (min / max) Types and number of available I/O ports (min) Resilience to external factors ( min / max) Power Consumption (min) Platform — Product Project Flow:
new M-Max VI 1 DS
M-Max VI 1 DS Rugged VITA 75 Compliant Conduction-Cooled System Designed in accordance with the VITA 75 footprint, the M-Max® VI 1 DS is a fully sealed rugged computer system with passive cooling, providing reliable operation in tough environments including transportation, agriculture, mining and processing. Its machine-worked aluminum chassis is especially designed for the most challenging environments. The system’s GPSS module supports GPS/Glonass/Galileo/BeiDou/QZSS. The VITA 75 compliant M-Max® VI 1 DS system is guaranteed to operate in −40 to +60°C. The embedded power supply complies with MIL-STD-704F/461F specifications.
new M-Max 400 USO-U
M-Max 400 USO-U Rugged Industrial Error-Free Computer System for Railroad Applications M-Max® 400 USO-U is a compact, highly reliable rugged computer system for onboard and stationary applications. It is a significantly upgraded version of our M-Max® 400 ST/USO system, which has proved extremely successful on stationary objects of railway infrastructure. The system provides error-free data processing for railroad signaling systems. M-Max® 400 USO-U consists of two independent units that repeatedly synchronize / swap data and perform a series of cross-checks. Both subsystems of the M-Max® 400 USO-U are separated into two independent units combined in a frame for 19″ rack mounting. Each unit has its own SBC, 128 GB industrial grade SSD, and capacitive energy storage, providing up to 4 seconds of uptime in case of power loss. Watchdog timer has been added to the power supply. To increase maintenance abilities, the system was modified to enable replacement of the RTC batteries and data storage without removal of the entire frame from the rack.
new M-Max HR 1U GX
M-Max HR 1U GX Rugged 19/2” Rackmount Conduction-Cooled Low-Cost Computer System The M-Max® HR 1U GX is a high-performance compact rugged low-cost computer based on Intel Celeron CPU. The computer expands our M-Max® HR 1U Systems Family. The fully-ruggedized fanless 19/2"-type aluminum chassis uses natural convection and conduction cooling to comply with MIL-STD-810 standards. The versatile mechanical design of the enclosure allows combining several systems into one assembly either side by side or by stacking, as well as mounting on a flat surface or into a 19″ rack. COTS technology components allow configuring the system to comply with a wide variety of airborne, marine and ground vehicle applications.
