HE104-75W
HE104-75W 75 Watt High Efficiency PC104 Power Supply For applications requiring a DC-DC PC104 power converter that supplies up to 75W of power, Tri-M offers the HE104‑75W. It is ideal for use on 12VDC and 24VDC mobile applications where power from a DC source (input) needs to be converted (output) to match the applications power requirements - generally an embedded computer. Efficiency of the HE is over 90% - the higher efficiency means less heat is generated - and it is designed to operate in extended temperature applications where temperatures can be between -40°C and +85°C. Input voltage spikes that go beyond the input voltage window (9VDC to 40VDC) are managed through transient suppressors that restrict the input voltage, while maintaining normal output power operation. The HE104-75W is designed to minimize any generated noise or interference, allowing it to be used for airborne or ground vehicles that encounter EMI or RFI.
HE104+DX
HE104+DX 108W PC104-Plus Power Supply The HE104+DX is designed for low noise embedded computer systems, has a wide input range of 6-40V (>6:1) and is ideal for battery or unregulated input applications. The HE104+DX is specifically designed for vehicular applications and has heavy-duty transient suppressors (9000W on both main and secondary inputs) that clamp the input voltage to safe levels, while maintaining normal power supply operation. The HE104+DX is an embedded power supply with state-of-the-art Mosfet based design that provides outstanding line and load regulation with efficiencies up to 90 percent. Organic Semiconductor Capacitors provide filtering that reduces ripple noises below 20mV. The low noise design makes the HE104+DX ideal for use aboard aircraft or military applications or wherever EMI or RFI must be minimized. The +5VDC and +12VDC outputs are controlled by a constant frequency architecture regulator that provides excellent line and load transient response. The HE104+DX has an optocoupled on/off input (SD) to control the outputs of the HE104+DX. To enable the HE104+DX outputs, a 6 to 40V signal must be connected to the SD input. If remote control is not required, the SD input can be connected to the main power input. The common for the remote 6 to 40V signal must be connected to the HE104+DX common. If the SD input is connected directly to the main input power connector, the common for the SD input is already done. The HE104+DX is now RoHS compliant.
