IR104
IR104 PC104 Rugged Relay Board The IR104 is a PC104 rugged industrial relay module featuring 20 optoisolated digital inputs and 20 relay outputs, sufficient for many industrial control applications. Each input can accept either AC or DC voltages with a range of 3-24V and are accessed through a 40-pin header that mates with a standard ribbon cable. The 20 SPST (Form A) relays have a long lifetime (20,000,000 operations, 100,000 at full load) and quick actuation time (10ms max operate, 5ms release). The relays are supplied with a contact rating of 250VAC or 30VDC @ 5A giving the IR104 the ability to directly control switches for small motors or solenoids. The relays are in the open state when deactivated / powered off. To allow for quick and convenient installation, a pair of 20-position detachable terminal blocks accept wire sizes of 14-28AWG. The IR104 is a compact design measuring 3.550″ x 3.775″ with a maximum component height of 0.492″. A 16-bit PC/104 BUS is included to allow for easy integration into embedded systems or to allow for up to 4 IR104 modules to be stacked together. The IR104 operates on single 5VDC, has a −25° to +70°C operating temperature range and is now RoHS compliant.
ISA104
ISA104 ISA bus extender for PC/104 stacks This passive extender card allows developers to mount an 8 or 16-bit PC/104 card into a standard ISA bus PC system, avoiding the need for a dedicated PC/104 stack for development work. The adapter is equipped with a stack-through connector so the test card can be installed on either side enabling probing on the front or the back. A secondary PC/104 location allows addition of troubleshooting modules. Standard Usage Simply stack the test PC/104 card onto the adapter's PC/104 connectors and insert the adapter into the host system's ISA slot. No additional configuration is required
PC104-T
PC104-T 16 bit AC termination modules for the PC/104 bus AC termination provides increased noise immunity for mobile PC/104 applications. Vehicle environments are notoriously noisy. EMI, voltage spikes, and other noise sources can interfere with proper bus operation and corrupt data transfers. The AC termination board shown here plugs onto the end of the PC/104 stack to quiet the bus signals and increase system integrity more effectively than simple resistive termination. It can be used with any PC/104 system, with or without a PC/104 power supply module. When ordering the HE104 power supply modules, order option-T, and the bus termination components will be mounted right on the circuit board module without taking up additional height on the PC/104 stack.
Postcode104/ISA
Postcode104/ISA Debugging tool with PC/104 header The Postcode104/ISA is a ‘Power On Self Test’ (POST) code board that is an excellent microprocessor based debugging tool. Featuring both a PC/104 bus and an ISA connector, POST codes can be toggled through to quickly identify any errors. Plugging the module onto a Single Board Computer’s PC/104 or ISA BUS provides a ‘Power On Self Test’ at system startup. POSTcodes are captured from port 80h/84h and saved in EEPROM memory. The Postcode104/ISA has two hundred fifty POSTcodes stored in a FIFO buffer that can be viewed via the onboard LED display. PREV and NEXT buttons on the module allow the user to toggle through the list of POSTcodes to quickly identify errors. A serial output is provided for printing with time stamped code history. Features reset, polling, and storage modes. The Postcode104/ISA is a standalone tool measuring 3.75″ x 1.75″ that runs off power supplied by the computer Bus.
VersaTainer
VersaTainer Rugged PC/104 or EBX Enclosure The VersaTainer (VT104) is a rugged EBX and PC/104 enclosure system constructed of .125″ aluminum and designed for hostile and mobile environments. It features a dual system of shock and vibration isolation which comprises of internal rubber corner rails absorb high-frequency vibrations, while the entire enclosure is mounted on the host platform with a thick rubber pad which absorbs low-frequency G-forces. The rubber pad may be removed for optional mounting solutions such as hard mounting, flange endcap, or fluidic mount assembly. The VersaTainer is capable of housing PC/104 and EBX payloads. For PC/104, the stack mounts axially along the entire length of the enclosure body. For EBX, An optional EBX mounting plate (VT-EBX) is available to mount the SBC to be horizontally with ample room for several PC/104 accessory cards to be installed. Accessory modules such as hard drives larger than 3.550″ x 3.775″ can be mounted to an optional septum plate that installs vertically into rails that run the length of the enclosure. For smaller items, an optional PC/104-size aluminum plate allows for direct mounting in the PC/104 stack. The VersaTainer enclosure cross section measures 7.10″ wide by 5.70″ high (not including mounting pad) and is available in standard lengths from 4″ to 12″ and custom lengths up to 48″. Each VersaTainer is available as a kit with mounting accessories. Blank and pre-designed endcaps are available from stock, or the customer may design their own cutouts using one of our VersaTainer endcap templates. These rugged enclosures have been protecting PC104 systems all over the world in the harshest environments the mining, transportation, military, and aerospace industries have to offer. The VersaTainer and its standard accessories are RoHS compliant.
